Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Menimap and any order you place. Menimap is a brand operated by Harbegold LLC (“Harbegold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company based in Arizona that currently serves the New York City and New Jersey area. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What we make

Menimap sells a custom, made-to-ordermulticolor 3D-printed model of a neighborhood you choose. Each piece is produced by hand to your specifications. Because every order is personalized and built to order, please review §5 (Cancellations, Returns & Guarantee) carefully.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, including a correct subject address and shipping address. We are not responsible for errors in a model that result from inaccurate information you provide.

3. Orders & made-to-order timeline

An order is a request to purchase; we may accept or decline any order. Because items are made to order by hand, production takes time — typically days to weeks — and is not instant-ship e-commerce. Estimated timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We will communicate with you about your order’s status.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown during configuration and at checkout and may change over time; the price presented at checkout governs your order. Payment is processed by Stripe through its secure, hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and, for international orders, any duties or import fees. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations, returns & guarantee

Because each piece is custom and personalized, orders generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except as required by law or as provided by our guarantee. You may request a cancellation before production starts by emailing help@harbegold.com; if production has not started, we will cancel and refund. If your item arrives damaged or is not as ordered due to our error, contact us promptly and we will make it right.

6. Your content & license

You may provide text and upload images (for example, a family name, a date, or a realtor logo). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and is not unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate your submitted content solely to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse to produce any content we believe violates these Terms or the law.

7. Intellectual property & map data

The site, our designs, branding (including the Menimap name and wordmark), and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Map data underlying the models is derived from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit our site or designs without permission.

8. Founding-customer offer (Chrome Hero House Edition)

Customers who place a qualifying order before the published founder deadline may be entitled to receive the future “Chrome Hero House Edition” as a free bonus, in addition to the piece purchased — not as a replacement for it. Eligibility is determined by the time your order is recorded on our systems. The bonus item is subject to development and availability, may differ from any preview render, will be delivered when it launches, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the offer prospectively; orders already qualified will be honored.

9. Shipping & delivery

We will ship to the address you provide. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means without permission, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use it to model a location for an unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Models are stylized representations of a geographic area and are not survey-grade or guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbegold LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any order. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harbegold LLCand its owners and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your submitted content.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
